BMT Series 0 Degree Driven Tool Holder
Functional description: BMT45/0/ER25 power tool holder solves the process requirements of drilling, tapping, chamfering, milling and other processes in the radial direction of the workpiece. The front and rear design of the spindle uses an imported high-precision tapered roller bearing combination structure, the bearing clearance is zero, and the end face seal is adopted. It has the advantages of large cutting capacity, fast cutting speed, no tool vibration, long tool life, high precision and surface finish.
Note: When loading and unloading the tool, it is necessary to use two C-shaped wrenches to lock or disassemble at the station of the turret. Do not use a wrench to disassemble or knock the wrench without using the turret station, otherwise it will damage the transmission connection sleeve of the power tool holder or damage the components inside the turret.
