BMT40/0/ER25 powered tool holder
Functional description: BMT40/0/25 power tool holder solves the process requirements of drilling, tapping, chamfering, milling and other processes in the radial direction of the workpiece. The front and rear design of the spindle uses an imported high-precision tapered roller bearing combination structure, the bearing clearance is zero, and the end face seal is adopted. It has the advantages of large cutting capacity, fast cutting speed, no vibration, long tool life, high precision and surface finish.
Note: When installing or unloading the tool, be sure to use two C-shaped wrenches to lock or remove it at the turret's work station. Do not use a wrench to disassemble or install or strike the wrench outside the turret's work station, otherwise it will damage the transmission connecting sleeve of the power tool holder or damage the components inside the turret.
